What we do
Our mission is to broaden and expand the understanding of how various health factors play a role in brain function and cognition with an interdisciplinary approach. Our goal is to improve the lives of individuals across the lifespan by contributing to scientific literature related to lifestyle factors and the benefits that healthy lifestyle choices have on brain function and cognition. The knowledge we acquire is used to develop interventions that improve physical and mental health.
