RISE Presentations 2025

The i-HBN Lab at RISE

The Interdisciplinary Health Body Composition and Neuroscience lab (i-HBN) proudly participated in RISE 2025, Northeastern University’s flagship event highlighting student research and innovation across disciplines. Held on April 11th at Matthews Arena, this year’s showcase brought together learners from across campuses and fields of study and offered them the chance to present their work through live poster sessions.

Five poster projects at this year’s event featured research developed in our lab. Three of our current lab members completed and presented RISE projects based on their work in the lab, while two additional students outside the lab showcased research developed in collaboration with our team. Together, these posters reflected the lab’s interdisciplinary work exploring body composition, cognition, and health across the lifespan.

RISE provided an exciting opportunity for our team to share their findings, engage with the broader research community, and receive feedback from attendees. We are proud of their contributions and look forward to continuing this work.
