Project Overview

Our PI, Lauren Raine, along with graduate student Kellyn Jason and undergraduate Sydney Pollock traveled to Portland Maine to train our colleagues on HIIT interventions that can be administered in the hospital setting. This project aims to investigate the impact of acute exercise for mental health benefits for youth in the Emergency Department.
